Revitalise the mind and body and pre-book a relaxing massage, pampering facial or personal sauna session in Sea Spray's new in-house stylish treatment room!

The hotel uses some of the best local therapists in Brighton, on a freelance basis, to provide you with a fantastic choice of treatments. All treatments must be booked directly with reception at Sea Spray and are available between 7 am and 8.30 pm most days. All treatments are subject to availability and please give us as much notice as possible to prearrange.

Massages

Massages available include Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage.

Clairvoyant and Healing

In addition, we offer Reflexology and Reiki healing plus the services of a very talented local clairvoyant/spiritual healer to replenish the spirit and soul.

Botox and Dermal Fillers

Treat yourself to the latest in facial cosmetic treatments and skin care in our stylish treatment room to complement your restful break away. Sea Spray has teamed up with one of the best clinics in Brighton to offer you the chance to go home looking even more fabulous! Using a qualified specialist nurse who works under the supervision of a Harley Street Consultant, you can have treatments of Botox or from a range of dermal fillers that will literally take the lines and years away from your face!
