Our business location
Sea Spray is centrally located in Brighton and easily accessible
by the main Brighton sea road (A259). The hotel is also
located within a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride away
from the Brighton Conference Centre, home to most of the
international and national conferences the city attracts
each year.
Parking
Sea Spray offers its business clients car parking vouchers
that can be used in local residents parking zones (with
a wider availability of parking opportunities) at a reduced
cost to the hotel parking meters outside the hotel. Please
ask at reception for a map of these zones and a voucher
upon arrival at the hotel.
Broadband Internet Access
Corporate visitors are especially important to our hotel
and we have created additional services to suit the needs
of our business clients. To ensure you remain connected
for business, we have installed wireless broadband internet
services, available in all areas of the hotel. Relax with
your laptop in your hotel room, or sit in the lounge bar
area and connect whilst gazing at the sea!
Direct Dial Telephones
Our bedrooms either contain a direct dial telephone or we
offer new wireless ‘walk-about’ direct dial
telephones at reception for you to take up to your bedroom
(92 hours talk time available).
Breakfast times/Breakfast trays
Sea Spray can provide you with either an early breakfast
time during busy conference weeks, or a continental breakfast
tray served to your room the night before. All rooms have
tea/coffee trays and all double rooms have room fridges.
Relaxation at Sea Spray
After a busy day at work – or at the Brighton Conference
Centre you deserve to relax! Pre-book a relaxing massage
in our treatment room when you book your hotel room and
be pampered before you go out to dinner. For the more energetic
book a personal training session at a nearby private gym
– or buy a £5 day pass at a seafront gym –
exclusive to Sea Spray guests.
Meeting Room Space
For business meetings, seminars
and small board-room type conference meetings, the hotel
dining room can be booked, and the lounge area used as a
break-out room. We also have a small room for one-to-one
meetings (conditions apply).

Business lunches/Evening dining
We can arrange in the hotel for
hot or cold buffet lunches (menus available on application),
and three course private dining in the evening. In addition,
local wine merchant, Quaff Wines, has created a top quality
corporate wine menu.
Alternatively, if you prefer to go out of the hotel, we
are happy to recommend and book tables at some of the good
restaurants in Brighton, with a selection conveniently located
a few minutes walk from Sea Spray.

we can arrange to book more rooms at some of the neighbouring
boutique hotels.
Corporate Entertainment
Being a small hotel, we are ideally
suited for corporate team building/entertainment events
such as Christmas treats. Book out the hotel and get personalised
five-star service, customised breakfast times and private
dining – or we can recommend and book tables at some
of the great local restaurants. We can also recommend and
book entertainment at local entertainment venues such as
Joogleberry
Playhouse.
