Sea Spray is Calling all you bike enthusiasts, fitness freaks and generally all you people who love to hit the outdoors. What a terrific way to spend a Sunday – choose either 100 or 50 mile route and ride alone or bring friends, family or why not get a team from work? And you can even make a weekend of it come down on the Saturday and spend some time in this fabulous energetic, cosmopolitan city.

This fantastic ride starts and finishes in the vibrant, energetic city of Brighton. Sign up for a choice of either 50 or 100 miles.
The ride heads east through Brighton and along the south coast to Newhaven where the two routes split.

The 50 mile route then follows the river Ouse, climbing gently over the Downs past Glyndebourne’s famous opera house before turning west to Hurstpierpoint and skirting the Devil’s Dyke in its return to the finish at Hove.
The 100 mile route continues on to the clifftop at Beachy Head and across Pevensey Bay to Bexhill before turning north into the challenging hills and beautiful countryside of the High Weald, following the river Ouse southwards to rejoin the short route at Offham. Seaspray loves this event plus it all helps raise money for a great charity, so get on your bike
