Brighton Dome Tea Dance – Brighton Dome – 15 July – 2pm to 5pm

Do you ever hanker for a more elegant age - when a turn on the dancefloor was more quickstep than dubstep, more Latin lilt than thumping bass? Then this perennially popular afternoon is just the ticket.

The 15-piece Footloose Dance Orchestra performs all your favourite ballroom styles, from the stately grace of the waltz to the jazz-age swing of the foxtrot; from the seductive tango to the explosive cha cha cha. So slip on your gladrags, dust off your dance steps and get ready for romance as we transport you back to a golden era of popular music from the 1920s and 30s. Afternoon tea can be taken
at any time throughout the event.

After the event you are invited to join us in the
Foyer for an informal sharing of a brand new
contemporary dance piece, choreographed by
Bettina Strickler, and performed by Three Score
Dance Company, 5.15pm – Free.

Three Score Dance Company is supported by South East Dance in association with the Brighton Dome, and funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

Tickets £12.50 (incl tea and cake)

Some of the Sea Spray Hotel will be attending this event!
