From the Rat Race to Living your Dream!
Twelve years ago, Karen and Tania, two friends from University, had a vision to give up their careers (nursing and research) and pursue their dream of creating their own hotel experience with a difference in their favourite UK City (Brighton)! So they bravely gave up their jobs, found a great spot on Brighton's glorious Seafront and did just that! Both of them wanted to offer something different from the usual 'bland' big hotel experience and offer genuinely friendly and helpful service combined with thoughtful little extras, delicious breakfasts cooked with care - and share their knowledge of their new wonderful home - Brighton!
This original ethos has stayed with Sea Spray over the years and now with twelve years of great hotel experience, creativity and hardwork behind us - plus the addition of two children giving us an amazing insight into what our customers need when they are 'away with the kids' - and the addition of our amazing award-winning professional team to ensure the vision continues to thrive - we hope you enjoy our version of a unique boutique hotel experience!

Seafront Garden Square
Our garden square, New Steine, is considered to be one of Brighton’s premier seafront garden squares. Regency town houses and Victorian lamposts frame the central landscaped garden, with the southern end providing the spectacular backdrop to the sea.
New Steine is easily accessible from the main Brighton sea road, Marine Parade (turn left at the roundabout in front of Brighton Pier).
From its very central position, all of Brighton’s attractions and amenities can be reached on foot. From Sea Spray’s entrance steps you can see Brighton’s famous pier. Just before you reach it you’ll find the Sea Life Centre - one of the oldest in Britain - whilst Brighton’s beach is a stone’s throw away. Brighton’s famous shopping Laines are within a 5 minute stroll, as is the city's jewel in the crown, the Royal Pavilion.
For business and concert bookings, we are just a 10 minute walk away from the Brighton Conference Centre and the Dome, via the seafront promenade.

Our award-winning team can't wait to put a smile on your face! We genuinely want you to get the best out of your stay in Brighton and have at our fingertips some of the best things Brighton can offer - be it food, beer, wine, things to see and do!
In addition, we can take care of any little treats or pampering you may wish for during your stay with us. The smallest thing (like you've forgotten your toothbrush) to important things - like you need to see a doctor - we are more than happy to assist with - so please ask for help or advice! Our ethos is to ensure our VIPs - that's our customers - leave us smiling!
